I’m new to SkolarBase. Where do I start?
Open Create an account and choose the role that describes how you’ll use SkolarBase. Complete registration with your email or an available sign-in provider. School access is assigned through a school invitation; selecting a role does not grant school permissions.

Create an account

Can I teach without joining a school?
Yes. Once you’ve signed in with a verified email, open your workspace and choose Continue as an independent teacher. This creates a personal workspace for classes and assignments. You can accept a school invitation later; your personal work stays in its own workspace.

Open your workspace

How do I reset my password?
Start with account recovery and continue to the secure sign-in page. For an email-and-password account, use the password recovery option there. If you use Google, Microsoft, or a school provider, recover your password with that provider. Use the same sign-in method you originally registered with.

Recover account access

Why am I being asked to verify my email?
School workspaces require a verified identity. Complete email verification with your sign-in provider, then sign out and sign back in to refresh your session. If your school manages your account, ask its administrator for help with verification.
How do I use SkolarBase on a shared computer?
Sign out when you finish and close the browser window. Don’t save your password on a shared device. Some preferences and locally saved work can remain in that browser after sign-out. Use your school’s approved shared-device procedure and save any work you need before clearing browser data.
How do I accept my school’s invitation?
Sign in with the verified email address your school invited. Open the school workspace and choose Accept school invitation. If no invitation appears, ask your school administrator to check the email address, expiry, and invitation status.

Check school invitations

Why can’t I see my class or my child’s work?
Your school administrator manages student enrollment and parent-to-child links. Ask them to confirm that your account is active, that you’re in the correct workspace, and that the relevant class or child is linked to you. A parent account does not automatically have access to every student.
Can I connect Google Classroom?
Teachers can use the Google Classroom connection where it is configured. Review the Google permission screen before connecting. The integration requests access to course and roster information, including profile names, emails, and photos. Your Google Workspace administrator may need to allow the connection.
Where do I find assignments and feedback?
Open your school workspace and choose Assignments. Students see work for their enrolled classes and can submit answers there. Teachers can review submissions and add grades or feedback. If work is missing, confirm the class and workspace with your teacher before submitting again.
How do hall passes work?
Request a hall pass for your class and wait for staff approval. A pending request is not permission to leave. Follow your school’s movement rules, and let staff confirm your return. For an urgent situation, speak to a responsible adult directly.
How do I request a correction or a copy of school records?
Contact your school administrator for records held in a school workspace, such as grades, enrollment, or parent links. Tell them which record you mean and what needs correcting. A settings export or browser download may not contain the complete school record.

Read about your data choices

Does signing out delete my data?
No. Signing out ends your current session; it does not delete your account or school records. Clearing browser storage removes local preferences and may remove locally saved work, but does not delete server-held school records. Ask your school about its record deletion process.

Still need a hand?

For class access, grades, invitations, or student records, your teacher or school administrator is the best first contact. For a personal account sign-in issue, start with account recovery.
